Configuring A Reply-To Email Address
The 'Reply-To' Email Address is set based on the 'Default Incoming' checkbox in the required Email Account.
Prerequisites:
You must have an email address record created in the \u2018Email Account\u2019 DocType for the desired email address, for example, \u2018[email protected]'.
Steps:
In the record for email address \u2018[email protected]' created in the\u00a0'Email Account' DocType, enable the 'Enable Incoming' checkbox and then the 'Default Incoming' checkbox. Enabling the\u00a0'Default Incoming' checkbox will then set this email as the email in 'Reply-To' (sample screenshot below).
